March is here so it is time to take a look and see how the Jamul real estate market faired for last month. Here are numbers for single family homes in Jamul for the month of February 2013.

9 properties are pending, (currently in escrow).
2 properties sold in February (closed escrow). A 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1728 square feet for $260,000 and a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2989 square feet for $700,000. The average time on the market was 48 days.
