There are 8 properties pending (currently in escrow)
3 properties SOLD in Jamul in July (closed escrow): ranging from a 3 bedroon, 2 bath, 1196 square feet for $200,000 to $1,100,000 for 4 bedroom, 4 bath, 3650 square foot home.
